European experience: end of the second stage of Project 5-100 participants’ internationalization program

Two-week European workshop for Project 5-100 participants adjourned on October 15. Part of the second stage of Higher Education Internationalization in the 21st Century program, it aimed at developing a critical mass of professional administrators with shared professional values, career-motivated, focused on finding proactive internationalization solutions and capable of elaborating and implementing managerial transformations required by the Project.

Boston seminar helps participants to set internationalization priorities

On 17 June, the two-week seminar for Project 5-100 universities entitled “Internationalization of Higher Education in the 21st Century: US University Experience” ended in Boston. During the second week in Massachusetts, Russian specialists visited MIT and Boston University.

First Impressions of Program Participants: We Need a Systemic Approach to Internationalization Strategies

The first week of the seminar entitled “Internationalization of Higher Education in the 21st Century: US University Experience” in Boston College (Massachusetts, USA) has come to an end. The participants in the event had the opportunity to learn how US universities have managed to reach and maintain a high level of currency in the international education market; they were also introduced to methods of building strategies designed to make progress on the road to internationalization, and were given the chance to consider global educational and economic problems and trends.

Russian International Liaisons Officers Learn from American Colleagues

A series of seminars entitled “Internationalization of Higher Education in the 21st Century: US University Experience” started on 6 June in the United States. These events will represent the first training projects devoted to internationalization. The event was initiated by Project Office 5-100 and is intended for specialists responsible for various aspects of internationalization in universities and university departments.
