High technology equipment in its laboratories and centres, an in-house University Clinic and a world-renowned Engelhardt Observatory are all platforms for implementation of groundbreaking research and transfer of technologies in cooperation with leading companies, such as Rohde&Schwarz, PetroChina, CISCO, Siemens, BP, Kraton Polymers, Haldor Topsoe, and others.

The new KFU campus was constructed as the Universiade Village for the 2013 Summer Universiade. It is one of the best and most comfortable dormitories in Russia for international students who come to KFU from more than 100 countries.
